Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail or financial services staff.

• Knowledge of bank operations and compliance basics.

• Overall branch management and supervision of staff.
• Mentor, train, and develop employees; meet sales targets.
• Manage onboarding of business accounts and client referrals.

• Support branch manager in budgeting, reports, and promotions.
