Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree in business, marketing, sales, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory role at a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of branch staff with day‑to‑day leadership and performance management.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the local market and deliver excellent member service.
• Ensure compliance, risk controls, and audit readiness across branch operations.
• Handle complex transactions, loan originations, and fraud support with professionalism.
