Florida Central Credit Union Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to direct operations of a mid-size branch and lead a team to meet financial, service, and growth goals.

The role includes coaching staff in sales performance, ensuring compliance with BSA/CIP/OFAC, and overseeing lending activities. The Branch Manager will build relationships with members and sponsors, while driving community engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience required.
• NMLS and 02-29 CREDIT Insurance License required or must obtain within 90 days to be eligible.
• Strong coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Directs, develops, coaches, motivates, hires and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations.
• Develops business relationships with members, sponsor organizations, suppliers, and financial institutions.
• Monitors branch results and ensures compliance with policies and procedures; underwrites consumer loans up to policy limits.
• Ensures compliance with BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations and reports suspicious activity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
