Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serving our customers by working onsite at the branch office is an essential function (onsite only).
• Regular travel, including overnight travel, is an essential function of the position.
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff personnel.
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across varied levels and settings.
• Maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and result oriented; proficient in MS Office.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are met.
• Manages all loans including approvals within delegated authority.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Develops and maintains Branch budget.
• Delegates daily assignments for solicitations of customers.
• Oversees personnel management including recruiting, hiring, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service and timely communication to branch staff.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
