Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for branch team; conduct evaluations and feedback.
• Drive branch sales, lending, and deposit growth; develop local business strategies and build relationships with members and local organizations.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls; manage security and cash handling; resolve member escalations.
• Champion a high-quality member experience and promote financial wellness and education initiatives.
