Job summary

Franklin Mint Credit Union is hiring for a Branch Member Service Associate to support new member onboarding and ongoing relationship servicing. You will evaluate member needs, recommend financial products, and process loans and transactions with accuracy.

You will participate in branch activities, support digital services, and travel to other branches as needed. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for success and growth.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to assess member needs to offer appropriate financial products.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills to expand member relationships.
• Strong numerical ability for processing loans and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a team with strong attention to details and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates needs of new and existing members and offers appropriate financial products and services.
• Assists in meeting branch goals by expanding member relationships through selling credit union products.
• Provides ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
• Opens and closes new memberships and processes personal and vehicle loans with accuracy.
• Responds to member inquiries, balances daily transactions, and verifies cash totals.
• Supports branch settlement, compliance with BSA/OFAC, and loss prevention procedures.
