Job summary

Cathay Bank seeks a Customer Service and Sales Manager (Sales) for our California branch. You will lead service excellence while driving sales, training staff, and aligning branch operations with bank policies to support growth and customer retention.

In this role you will supervise Relationship Bankers and Operations staff, coach performance, manage sales goals, and partner with managers to onboard new customers, cross-sell products, and ensure regulatory compliance in a community banking

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Three to five years' management experience in branch banking
• Bi-lingual English and Chinese preferred
• Experience with bank policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with all levels to deliver quality customer service and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Profile customers during new accounts and teller transactions to meet needs
• Develop and track individual performance goals; coach staff to meet service and sales targets
• Establish and manage sales production goals and onboarding plans with Branch/Relationship Manager
