Job summary

Cathay Bank is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Manager (Sales) to lead branch service and drive sales production while ensuring operational integrity. You will supervise Relationship Bankers and Operations staff, coach teams, and develop coaching plans to meet customer service and growth goals.

Responsibilities include profiling customers for cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Branch/Relationship Managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the bank in community

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• Direct sales experience desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Bi-lingual English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales goals while overseeing customer service and branch operations.
• Develop staff, coach, and ensure service-driven sales culture.
• Profile customers to identify cross-sell opportunities during new accounts and teller transactions.
• Direct branch operations including new accounts, teller operations, and compliance.
• Represent the bank in community and professional activities.
