Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of branch operations and staff development.
• Computer experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with bank personnel and clients, delivering quality service.
• Profile customers during new accounts and teller transactions to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and track individual performance goals and coach staff accordingly.
• Achieve team and individual sales production goals and support onboarding plans.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Relationship Manager on prospect calls and product setup.
• Support marketing activities and loan inquiries as needed.
• May register as Mortgage Loan Originator based on branch needs.
• Represent the bank in civic/community activities.
