Qualifications

• Three to five years' management/supervisory experience in a branch context.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of branch operations and staff supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales goals while overseeing customer service levels and branch operations.
• Oversee personnel administration, staff development, and service-driven sales culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain operational integrity of the branch and supervise staff.
