Responsibilities
- Support branch sales goals while overseeing customer service and branch operations.
- Lead staff development and performance management.
- Ensure quality customer service and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with managers to implement onboarding and product setup.
- Assist with loan inquiries and related functions as needed.
- Represent the bank in community activities and professional organizations.
