Cathay Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the overall branch success, focusing on retaining banking relationships and developing new business for the bank. You will manage administration, compliance, operations, sales and service to meet profitability objectives.

Responsibilities include business development calls for loans and deposits, staff coaching, ensuring high‑quality client service, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Make regular business development calls to solicit loans and deposits.
• Oversee and train staff to provide bank products and services.
• Ensure continuous quality service to clients and non-discriminatory practices.
• Represent the bank in the community through civic and charitable activities.
• Maintain branch audit readiness and adhere to bank policies.
