Cathay Bank in Las Vegas seeks a Customer Service and Sales Manager (Sales) to lead branch customer service, drive sales initiatives, and ensure operational integrity. The role emphasizes staff development, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to meet branch goals.

Responsibilities include managing service quality, onboarding plans, and coordination with related departments to promote growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of branch operations, productivity and personnel policies.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Strong planning, organization and scheduling skills with good management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales goals while overseeing customer service levels and operational integrity.
• Administer staff development, performance goals and coaching for service, sales and operations.
• Establish and manage team and individual sales production targets.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager/Relationship Manager on onboarding plans and product setup.
• Assist business development and marketing activities to grow branch profitability.
• May serve as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) as needed; support loan inquiries and related functions.
• Represent the bank in community and professional activities.
