Job summary

EagleBank in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Branch Service Manager who will run daily branch operations, support in-branch sales, and help the Branch Manager achieve goals while delivering exceptional service to clients.

You will mentor staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure policy compliance, risk controls, and accurate teller and CSR functions. This on-site role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years Platform/Account Maintenance experience.
• 1 year Teller transaction experience.
• 2 years supervisory/ leadership experience in branch banking.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Support in-branch sales and assist Branch Manager to meet goals.
• Develop and deepen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coach staff to achieve operational metrics and sales targets.
• Deliver excellent service to clients and resolve service issues as needed.
