Job summary

EagleBank in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Branch Service Manager to oversee daily branch operations and to drive sales and service goals in a face-to-face customer environment.

You will support the Branch Manager, mentor staff, and deepen relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk controls.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, teller experience, supervisory background, and MS Office knowledge; a BA is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2 years Platform/Account Maintenance.
• 1 year Teller transaction experience.
• 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers; ability to speak with internal customers at all levels.
• Strong understanding of bank risk and liability in supervisory functions (overdrafts, funds availability, wire origination).
• Advanced knowledge of deposit products and services; familiarity with other business line products.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support in-branch sales activities and assist Branch Manager in achieving goals.
• Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coach branch staff to achieve operational metrics and sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients and address service issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Teller, CSR, and Branch Manager responsibilities and cover roles when needed.
