Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead client growth, recruit and develop a high-performing branch team, and ensure top-tier service to candidates and clients. You will own P&L, set budgets, and drive revenue through effective staffing solutions.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining SLA compliance, and delivering regular business reviews to leadership while building strong client relationships and ensuring high NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant work experience with a track record.
• Two years direct sales experience in a personnel service setting preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and deepen relationships.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance; coach Recruiters and drive KPIs.
• Own branch P&L; oversee budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Ensure SLA targets are met and maintain high client satisfaction.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
• Lead recruitment strategies and develop local relationships with resources.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Monitor pay and bill rates; manage collections and compliance.
