Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build client relationships, drive growth, and manage P&L for the branch. You will lead recruitment, training, and development of the branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will establish plans to grow accounts, ensure SLA compliance, and present monthly business reviews. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including direct sales.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts while winning new ones.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; establish forecasts.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership; drive KPI improvements.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, and collections processes.
