Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive new client acquisition, expand existing relationships, and grow the bottom line. You will oversee recruitment strategies, branch budgeting, and P&L management, while delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients.

You will lead a team, set performance goals, and develop plans to meet KPIs and SLAs, ensuring strong client satisfaction and renewal rates across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least 5 years in relevant work.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win back lost clients and expand existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; forecast revenues and expenses.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; performance coaching.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with directors and client contacts.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and adjust pay/bill rates as needed.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and fee negotiations.
