Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, grow new clients, nurture existing relationships, and drive branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering superior service to candidates and clients.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, manage budgets, set pay and bill rates, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance. This role requires 5+ years in sales or staffing, supervisory experience, and strong communication, planning, and people

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales/service staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Meet client requirements and SLAs; review with client teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Coach recruiters and supervise staff; drive KPI achievement.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections and credit controls.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-boards for new customers.
