Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead recruiting and sales efforts, manage a P&L, and develop top talent. You will build business plans to grow clients, retain accounts, and ensure excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise recruiters, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and drive revenue through strategic staffing solutions while maintaining compliance and cost controls.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Act as escalation point for client issues.
• Monitor and grow client revenue and fill rate.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee branch P&L and budget planning.
• Lead recruitment and develop branch team.
• Ensure compliance with notices and licenses.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews with direct reports.
