Job summary

Adecco Group is actively seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales, recruitment, and client growth. You will own P&L, set budgets, and drive recruitment of top talent while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

In this role, you will develop strategic plans to grow accounts, manage day-to-day performance, coach recruiters, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. You’ll collaborate with HR, Operations, and sales leadership to hit targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish growth plans, and win new clients.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance and coach recruiters.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, and labor laws.
