Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and maximizing profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations, oversee the branch P&L, and set pay/bill rates. You’ll collaborate with sales and management to align client needs with staffing solutions and ensure a strong market

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing and new clients.
• Manage day-to-day branch performance; coach and mentor recruiters.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control; implement improvements to reduce service costs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch team; ensure top-notch service to clients and candidates.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
