Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains opportunities to meet goals.
• Develops annual business plan supporting quota and market share growth.
• Creates territory plan and manages net-new sales from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting and funnel management.
• Ensures high-level customer service including onsite technical assistance.
• Develops consultative relationships with key buying influences in each account.
• Identifies new business and assigns accounts to reps.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations of employees.
• Reviews financials with Operations Manager to meet profit goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
