Motion Industries is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a field sales team and drive growth within a defined territory. You will create business plans, analyze sales pipelines, hire and coach staff, and manage outside account representatives to achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to coach and train direct reports and managers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains a range of opportunities to meet goals.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan to drive quota and market share growth.
• Creates territory plans and manages the net-new sales process from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development, and closes deals within assigned geography.
• Ensures high-level customer service, onsite technical assistance, and issue resolution.
• Develops consultative relationships with key buying influences across accounts.
• Identifies new business and assigns accounts to representatives.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations of employees.
• Reviews branch financials with Operations Manager to meet profit goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
