Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans for new clients and retention.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and customer satisfaction high.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff including recruiters.
• Perform monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, credit, and billing.
• Maintain compliance with laws and renew licenses.
• Create recruitment strategies and participate in recruiting activity.
