Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth initiatives, retention strategies, and overall P&L management in our Kentucky market. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

In this role, you will establish plans to grow existing accounts, manage budgets, and drive recruitment strategies. You will partner with sales leadership to understand client needs, set pay/bill rates, and ensure service

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in relevant work.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; expand the client base.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct regular business reviews with client teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction; act as escalation point for client program issues.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue/expense forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of branch staff; ensure KPI and SLA achievement.
