Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales growth and talent delivery in our Kentucky branch. You will develop business plans, manage P&L, budget, and drive recruitment strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience
• Two year’s direct sales experience
• Supervisory/management experience
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to grow and win new clients and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor credit references and limits.
• Coach recruiters and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs while driving continuous process improvements.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews with leadership and client teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
