Job summary

Adecco Group in Kentucky seeks a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit top talent, and drive branch P&L and cost controls. You will develop plans to win new clients, retain existing accounts, supervise recruiters, manage budgets, and ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with HR and operations across the client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year supervisory/management experience in sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and new clients, expanding revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, monitor costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Maintain client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Onboard new customers with terms and risk assessment.
