Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by expanding new client acquisition and strengthening existing relationships. The role will oversee P&L, budgets, and cost controls while building a high-performing branch team and delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients.

You will establish plans to grow accounts, manage performance, and coordinate with sales and vertical teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and protect existing ones.
• Lead branch P&L management, budgets, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met with high service levels.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Maintain client relationships with HR, Operations, and Procurement teams.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance.
