Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, and cold call.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning and executing client growth strategies.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLAs and contractual terms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR issues.
• Lead branch day-to-day performance and coach recruiters.
• Develop branch revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and branch KPIs; drive process improvements.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk, and rate negotiation.
