Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting and cost controls to meet KPIs.
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver high service levels.
• Set pay and bill rates by skill category and manage client contracts.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with credit, licensing, and SLA requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationship building with colleges and sources.
