Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships while leading a branch team to deliver outstanding service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee sales strategies, recruitment processes, budget and P&L responsibilities, and ensure adherence to government regulations and internal policies. This role emphasizes people leadership and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day colleagues' performance, coaching, and development to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Reviews and improves processes to reduce service cost while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Manages branch P&L and cost-control decisions.
• Develops revenue and expense forecasts; establishes budgets and growth plans for the branch.
• Tracks and manages workers’ compensation and unemployment claims to minimize exposure.
