Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, retention, and branch operations. You will drive sales plans, recruit and develop talent, and ensure top-tier service delivery to clients and candidates.

With accountability for budgets, pay rates, and performance metrics, you will collaborate with leadership to align business strategy with client needs, ensuring growth and profitability while maintaining strong relationships across functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with all levels of staff and management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to grow and retain accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets, monitor costs, and forecast revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead client relationships with HR, Operations, and Procurement; conduct regular business reviews.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit and compliance.
