Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will manage staffing solutions, supervise a branch team, and ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs while controlling costs.

You will recruit, train, and develop top talent, deliver strong customer service to clients and candidates, and present regular business reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; win new clients.
• Lead recruitment, training and branch team development.
• Manage P&L, budgeting and cost controls.
