Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead sales growth, client retention, and branch operations. You will drive recruitment strategies, manage the P&L, and ensure top service levels for candidates and clients.

You will coach recruiters, monitor KPIs, and develop business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with HR and operations teams. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and drive for results.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or service.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• One year of supervisory/managerial experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes plans to grow and retain client accounts.
• Manages branch P&L and cost controls to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Ensures timely client communications, performance reviews, and KPI reporting.
• Oversees credit checks, collections, and compliance with laws.
• Onboards new customers, negotiates terms, and builds long-term relationships.
