Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will lead recruitment, training, and development of the branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will manage the branch P&L, set competitive pay/bill rates, and ensure SLA compliance, retention, and performance reviews. A strong sales mindset and leadership experience in staffing are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Sales experience in staffing or personnel services preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience with sales/service staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls.
• Develop and implement branch revenue/expense forecasts.
• Coach recruiters and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk, and invoicing.
