Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.

• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans, and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR.
• Develop branch revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Lead recruitment activities and development of branch staff.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews and communicate with vertical teams.
• Create a positive work environment and maintain renewal timelines.
