Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, revenue, and client relationships in our U.S. operations. You will lead recruitment strategies, manage the P&L, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will build strong partnerships with HR and operations, set strategic plans, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to budgets and SLAs across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to expand and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch operations: manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and service levels.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations.
• Monitor KPIs, run periodic business reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
