Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by developing new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering top client and candidate service. You will lead a branch team, manage P&L, set pay/bill rates, and implement recruitment and training strategies to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will oversee day-to-day staff performance, ensure policy compliance, and foster a high-performing work environment across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; monitor costs and performance metrics.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; coach recruiters.
