Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships. You will lead a branch team, manage the P&L and budgets, and ensure excellent service levels, while recruiting and developing top talent.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and clients to meet SLAs, control costs, and deliver strong business reviews and outcomes for the client program.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; set pay and bill rates.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff; ensure KPI targets and SLAs.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients and program teams; maintain high client satisfaction.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and billing negotiations.
