Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to grow and retain accounts, drive client satisfaction, and lead a high-performing branch team. You will oversee P&L, budgeting, and recruitment strategy while building strong relationships with HR and operations across client accounts.

You will manage daily activities, coach recruiters, and implement improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs. A strong sales mindset and leadership skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs, monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Lead, coach and develop recruiters; ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding, and escalate issues with client program teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Operations, and client contacts.
