Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales growth, client relationships, and branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish growth plans, monitor KPIs, set pay and bill rates, and present business reviews to senior leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and compliance with labor laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with all levels of staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; cost control.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Lead and develop branch team, including recruiters.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and labor laws.
