Qualifications

• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Ensure client satisfaction and meet KPIs/SLAs.
