Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, recruitment, and P&L management across the branch. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, managing budgets, setting pay/bill rates, ensuring SLA compliance, and presenting monthly reviews to senior leadership. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans for client growth, and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage risk and credit assessment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain strong client relationships.
