Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships, and delivering strong P&L results. You will recruit, train, and manage a branch team while ensuring high service levels for candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.
• Planning and organizing; People management; Development of business opportunities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a plan to grow and retain accounts and win back clients.
• Ensures client requirements are completed in line with SLA targets.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Acts as an escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Prepares and presents monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Manages branch P&L and develops revenue/expense forecasts.
• Oversees recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Creates branch recruitment strategies and digital/local presence.
