Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by developing new clients, expanding existing relationships, and managing the branch P&L. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, and deliver top-tier service to candidates and clients.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in sales, strong leadership skills, and experience managing budgets and SLAs, with a proven track record of building client partnerships and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements are met in line with SLAs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Manage branch P&L and budget planning and cost control.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of branch staff.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
