Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and deliver top-tier service to candidates and clients.

You will own the branch P&L, manage budgets, set pay and bill rates, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive recruitment strategies while building strong relationships with HR, operations and procurement. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
