Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead recruiting, manage P&L, and grow the branch’s bottom line. You will build strong client relationships, oversee a team of recruiters, and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets while maintaining service excellence.

This role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to drive process improvements, coaching staff, and delivering top-tier client and candidate experiences across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new business and maximize client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Recruit, train, mentor recruiters, and develop top talent within the branch team.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references and pay/bill rates.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and client contacts.
