Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, retention, and P&L across the branch. You will drive sales plans, recruitment strategy, and ensure top service for clients and candidates.

The role demands hands-on leadership, process improvements, and strong relationship management within a staffing environment. Responsibilities include budget oversight, client reviews, pay/bill rate setting, and coaching recruiters, with a high school diploma and 5+ years’ relevant

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow clients and win back lost accounts.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
Lead branch performance, budgeting, and P&L management; coach recruiters and staff.
On-board new customers, including terms, risk and credit assessment, and pay/bill rate negotiation.
Ensure branch KPIs, SLAs, and compliance through audits and processes.
Create recruitment strategies and manage day-to-day recruiting activities.
