Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Oversee client requirements and SLAs to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead branch team performance and develop recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Develop recruiting strategies and on-board new customers.
